Do I need a Visa?

If you are traveling from the United States, a visa is NOT required for stays 90 days or less.

Does Double Occupancy include 2 people?

Double occupancy means that you are sharing your room with another traveler. Each person will need to make their own payment. The existing price shown for double occupancy is per person.

What’s your refund policy?

We hope you don't need to submit one, but we get it, things happen and plans change. We will process refund requests submitted by February 1st for all payments, excluding your first pyament which is non-refundable. Please submit your request to masquetravelers@gmail.com. We will process your refund within 48 hours.

Are flights included in your package?

You will need to purchase your flight separately. Our prices include all details in the itinerary. If you need support booking your flight, please contact us after your purchase of one of our packages and we will be happy to help you.

How many people are going on this trip:

We are keeping this trip small and intimate and will bring a maximum of 10 people.

Is there an age limit?

We know that travelers are a wide range of ages. There is no limit, simply look at the itinerary to ensure that it resonates with you. All travelers must be 18 years of age or older.

Do I need covid vaccinations or a negative covid test to travel to Colombia or return to the US?

*** As of 12:01 a.m. EDT June 12, 2022, the CDC order requiring all persons aged two and above to show a negative COVID-19 test result or documentation of recovery from COVID-19 before boarding a flight to the United States, is rescinded. The CDC will no longer order air passengers to show a negative COVID-19 test result, or show documentation of recovery from COVID-19, prior to boarding a flight to the United States. Of note, CDC’s Order requiring proof of vaccination for non-U.S. citizen nonimmigrants to travel to the United States is still in effect. Do I need Yellowfever vaccine?

The CDC has it as: recommended, not required. You can visit https://www.cdc.gov/ for more details.

When booking my flight, what time should I arrive?

We strongly encourage you to arrive at the airport by 5 pm so you can enjoy your first evening in the city. However, if you need to arrive after 5pm or find a flight that works for you after this time that is fine. You will receive follow up details on transportation logistics from our team once you register and submit your payment and/or deposit.
